Session expired

Session tokens expire after 30 days. Or yours may have been invalidated.

Fix

1. On the sign-in screen, enter your email + password again
2. The token refreshes and you regain access to the marketplace + packs

Still happening?

• Check your connection: the panel can't sign in if it can't reach dragmotion.com. Make sure dragmotion.com loads in your browser.
• Did you change your password? You may have reset it on the website — try the new password.
• Was the device removed? If you removed this device from your account elsewhere, you get auto-logged out. Sign in again to re-register (if you have device slots free).
