This License explains what you may do with DragMotion packs and software. It is part of our Terms of Service; if the two ever differ, the Terms of Service apply.
01What This License Covers
This License covers the content and software DragMotion offers on dragmotion.com:
- DragMotion packs: transitions, overlays, backgrounds, user interface elements, sound effects, templates and every other asset delivered through a pack.
- The DragMotion, DragFlow and DragGuide extensions for Adobe Premiere Pro.
ZXP Magic is free, open-source software and is covered by its own MIT License (see section 9).
02The License You Get
DragMotion grants you a Single-User License: a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our products. Packs are licensed to you, not sold.
- When you buy a pack, the license covers that pack.
- With an active Pro plan, the license covers every pack included in the plan.
- On a team plan, the license covers the team's members (see section 6).
- Free demo elements and free products are covered by the same rules.
The license belongs to the person who owns the DragMotion account. It cannot be shared, sold or transferred to someone else.
03What You Can Do
- Use our assets in an unlimited number of personal and commercial video projects, including YouTube and social media videos, advertisements, films and work you produce for clients.
- Edit, recolor, retime and combine the assets with your own footage and other material.
- Deliver the finished video to your client. Your client receives the video, not our source files.
04What You Cannot Do
- Resell, share or redistribute our source files (packs, project files, panels or assets), even if you have modified them.
- Upload our products to file-sharing services, "leak" sites or any public or shared library.
- Use our assets as part of another template, preset, pack or tool that lets other people reuse them.
- Use our assets in a logo, trademark or service mark.
- Share your account or license key, or let other people use the products through your account.
- Remove, bypass or tamper with the licensing, device or protection features of our software, or decompile or reverse engineer it.
05Pro Subscriptions
While your Pro plan is active, you may download and use every pack included in it. Videos you finished and published while your plan was active stay licensed after the plan ends. Starting new projects with the packs after that requires an active plan or a purchase of the pack.
06Team Plans
A team plan extends the license to the members of a team. The team owner adds members, and each member uses their own DragMotion account; accounts are never shared.
- Every member may use the packs and tools the team plan includes, in the team's projects and in client work done for the team.
- The number of members is set by the team plan. Adding people beyond it requires more seats.
- When a member leaves the team, their access through the team ends. Videos they finished and published for the team while they were a member stay licensed.
On individual plans, the license is limited to the one person who owns the account.
07Software and Devices
The DragMotion, DragFlow and DragGuide extensions are licensed for use by the account holder on their own computers, up to the device limit of their plan. DragFlow features and credits depend on your account and plan, as described on the DragFlow page. Software updates may change or improve features over time.
08Ownership
All packs, software, designs and previews remain the property of DragMotion. This License gives you the right to use them as described here; it does not transfer ownership.
09ZXP Magic
ZXP Magic is free and open source, released under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify and distribute it under the terms of that license, which is included with the software and its source code.
10Ending the License
If you break this License, your access to the products may be ended without a refund, as described in our Terms of Service. Videos you made and published in line with this License before that stay licensed.
