Refund Policy
When refunds apply and how to request one.
If you're not happy, you get your money back. The rules are simple:
Pro subscription
- Within 14 days: full refund, no questions
- After 14 days: current period payment isn't refunded, but you can cancel and use the remaining time
Lifetime Pack
- Within 7 days AND you haven't downloaded the pack yet: full refund
- After download: case-by-case (technical issues → refunded)
Always refundable
- Account access issue we couldn't resolve
- Pack doesn't work and our team can't fix it
- Accidental duplicate purchase
How to request
Email support@dragmotion.com with:
- Order number (on your Lemon Squeezy invoice)
- Account email
- Reason for refund (optional but helps)
We'll reply within 48 hours. If approved, Lemon Squeezy issues the refund to your card in 5–10 business days.
