01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing dragmotion.com, creating a DragMotion account or using our products (DragMotion packs and extension, DragFlow, DragGuide and ZXP Magic), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site or our products.
02Your Account
One DragMotion account signs you in to the website and to the DragMotion, DragFlow and DragGuide extensions. Your account is personal: give accurate information, keep it to yourself, and do not create additional accounts to get around plan limits, free credits or a suspension.
03Plans, Purchases and Payments
We offer free access, paid packs, the Pro subscription, team plans and paid licenses for some products. Prices are shown on the website before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.
- A Pro subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
04Digital Products and Licensing
Upon a successful purchase, or while your plan gives you access, DragMotion grants you a Single-User License.
Permitted Use
You may use our assets (overlays, transitions, templates and other pack content) and our Premiere Pro extensions in an unlimited number of personal and commercial video projects.
Restrictions
- You may NOT resell, share or redistribute the source files (zips, packs, panels or assets), even if modified.
- You may NOT upload our products to any file-sharing servers or "leaked" platforms.
- The license is non-transferable. You cannot sell your account or license key to another person.

05Refund Policy (Digital Goods)
Due to the irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.
Once a product is purchased and the download link is provided or the extension is activated, we cannot offer a refund.
In case of technical bugs or compatibility issues, our support team will provide assistance. Refunds are only issued at our sole discretion if the product is proven to be completely non-functional on a system that meets all specified requirements.
06Devices and Fair Use
Our extensions sign in with your DragMotion account and count the computers you use them on, up to the device limit of your plan. To protect our customers and our products, we may pause an account or block a computer that is used to break these terms, for example to share an account or to misuse free credits.
07Intellectual Property
All content included on dragmotion.com and in our products, including code, UI design, graphics, branding and video previews, is the exclusive property of DragMotion. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or copyrighted material is strictly prohibited. ZXP Magic is open source and is released under the MIT License.
08System Requirements and Compatibility
It is the user's responsibility to ensure their hardware and software (for example the Adobe Premiere Pro version) meet the requirements listed on the product page. An internet connection is needed to sign in, to download packs and updates, and for features that use credits. DragMotion is not liable for performance issues caused by outdated software or incompatible hardware.
09Limitation of Liability
DragMotion and its developers shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages (including data loss or project delays) arising from the use or inability to use our tools. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Keep backups of your projects.
10Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any suspicious activity or unauthorized distribution of assets linked to your account may lead to immediate termination of access without a refund.
11Pricing and Modifications
We reserve the right to change product prices, plans or features, or to discontinue products at any time. However, once purchased, your license for that specific version remains valid according to these terms. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
12Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in İzmir.
