Rating prompt keeps appearing

If a pack's rating modal keeps showing after you rated it:

Fix

1. Use Don't ask instead of Maybe later — never asks again for that pack
2. Or submit a rating in the modal → recorded permanently

How the prompt works

• New purchase: immediate "Thanks for your purchase" modal
• Weekly nudge: once a week for unrated packs
• Maybe later: 7 days of silence
• Don't ask: silenced forever
• Submit: rating saved, never asks again

Skip choices live in localStorage

"Maybe later" and "Don't ask" preferences are stored in browser localStorage. If you reinstall the panel or use it on a new machine, those preferences reset.

Permanent fix: submit one rating → server marks the pack as "rated" → silenced across all devices.
